What is Otolaryngology?
Otolaryngology (pronounced oh-toe-lair-in-gol-oh-jee) is the branch of medicine that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the ear, nose, and throat, and related structures of the head and neck.

Doctors who specialize in Otolaryngology are called Otolaryngologists or ENT physicians. They are trained to diagnose and treat diseases of the sinuses, voice box, oral cavity, and mouth and throat. They can also treat structures of the neck and face. Otolaryngologists treat both children and adults.

What is an Otolaryngic Allergist?
Otolaryngic Allergists are physicians who specialize in diagnosing and treating allergic disorders of the ear, nose, and throat as well as allergies and disorders of the upper respiratory tract. To provide the best care possible, Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy Center also offers Oklahoma's only fellowship-trained Otolaryngic Allergist in Dr. Mark Welch.
